1 tablespoon ground cumin
3 15-oz cans crushed tomatoes (fire-roasted preferred)
1 cup turkey or chicken stock
2 15-oz cans kidney beans, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 to 4 cups shredded, cooked turkey meat
To garnish: cheese, onion, sour cream, jalapeno
