MCHCP is a component unit of the state of Missouri for financial reporting purposes. Each year,
MCHCP Finance prepares an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report to comply with
Section 103.025 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri (RSMo).
MCHCP celebrated its 30th year of service during fiscal year 2024.
For the past 29 years, MCHCP has received the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The Certificate of Achievement is a prestigious national award recognizing conformance with the highest standards for preparation of state and local government financial reports.
