Find a Provider

Networks
(Anthem members may use any network provider, even if they do not live in that area of Missouri.)

• St. Louis area: Blue Access Choice
• Kansas City area: Preferred-Care Blue
• Other areas: Blue Access

1. Go to www.anthem.com/find-care.
2. Select Guests button.
3. In the What type of care are you searching for? drop down menu, select Medical
4. In the What state do you want to search with? drop down menu, select Missouri (or the state where the provider is located)
5. In the What type of plan do you want to search with? drop down menu, select Medical (Employer Sponsored)
6. For the Select a plan/network drop down menu, Anthem networks are based on your home zip code and the provider's location (see map for Missouri service areas).
• If you live in the St. Louis area and your provider is in Missouri, select Blue Access Choice.
• If you live in the Kansas City area and your provider is in Missouri, select Preferred-Care Blue (KC) (Select Network).
• If you live in other areas and your provider is in Missouri, select Blue Access.
• To search for a provider not in Missouri, select National PPO (BlueCard PPO).
7. Select the Continue button.
8. You now have a couple options:
   • Enter a location (City, County or ZIP Code) and care information (doctor name/specialty, hospital, procedure, etc.) in the search bar; or
   • OR use the care provider buttons (primary care, behavioral health, lab [blood work], imaging [MRI or X-ray], hospital or urgent care) to locate the right care for you.
