Judith Muck

Judith Muck came to the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan as Chief Operations Officer in June 2010, and was appointed Executive Director in Dec. 2012.

Under the direction of MCHCP's Board of Trustees, Judith oversees MCHCP staff, and leads MCHCP in providing health insurance benefits to most state employees, retirees and their dependents, and public entities within the state that have joined the plan.

Judith holds a bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri.
