Lemony Steamed Fish

2 (3-ounce) halibut fillets (or fish of choice)
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch lemon pepper
1 pinch seasoned salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix dried dill weed, onion powder, dried parsley, paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
  3. Cut 2 foil pieces large enough for each fillet.
  4. Center fillets on the foil squares and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Sprinkle lemon juice over each fillet. Fold foil over fillets to make a pocket and fold the edges to seal.
  5. Place sealed packets on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork — about 30 minutes.
