Elected State Officials Leaving Office and
Affected Employees

Subscribers may continue participation in an MCHCP plan after employment terminates because a state official or member of the General Assembly ceases to hold elected office. Submit Terminated Vested Enrollment within 31 days of termination date.

If coverage is not elected, subscriber cannot enroll at a later date.
