New Employees

The employee must submit a completed enrollment form for coverage within 31 days of the eligibility date. If the enrollment form is received before the eligibility date, coverage may begin on that date or the first of the following month.

Employees who fail to enroll during the 31-day period may enroll during the next Open Enrollment for coverage effective the following January.
