2026 Outside Legal Counsel

Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Outside Counsel. The contract will be for one year with up to four (4) additional one-year renewals available at the sole option of the MCHCP Board of Trustees. Questions relating to the RFP must be submitted no later than April 14, 2026. MCHCP anticipates a late May 2026 contract award. All proposals are due April 28, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CT.
